Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Strain into cold glass.
  5. Garnish with peach.

Peach Sidecar is delish strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml peach schnapps dekuyper and 15ml orange liqueur dekuyper with 15ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into cold glass and garnish with peach and served in a saucer glass cold.
