Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice and brunoise of peach.
Add pear brandy.
Add peach soda water.
Add pear syrup.
Top with port wine.
Garnish with peach and grated nutmeg.

Brandy Peach - Peach fruit brandy traditionally made from distillation of peachs.

Peach Syrup - Peach flavor syrup made with peach and sugar.

Peach Soda - Peach soda is a soda lightly carbonated and comes with a full peach tree flavour.

Port Wine White - Clear and white port.

Peach Sangria is succulent strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy peach and 10ml peach syrup with 30ml peach soda as well as 30ml port wine white including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice and brunoise of peach then add pear brandy and add peach soda water. Add pear syrup and top with port wine and garnish with peach and grated nutmeg and served in a highball glass cold.
