Method - Shaken - Cold

Fill half the ice to shaker.
Add a bit of mint to shaker.
Add all other ingredients to shaker, less soda.
Quick shake.
Pour all into glass.
Top glass with ice and soda water.
Garnish with mint and peach.

Just fill half the ice to shaker then add a bit of mint to shaker and add all other ingredients to shaker, less soda. Quick shake and pour all into glass and top glass with ice and soda water and garnish with mint and peach and served in a highball glass cold.
