Peach Melba Day is poslastica weak cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml creme de peche gabriel boudier and 30ml ice cream with 30ml raspberry pulp and served with sweet dishes. Just use ice cold glass then add ice cream into glass and place stone fruit into glass. Pour over the peach liqueur and add the raspberry pulp on top and hold the seeds in the pulp and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
