Peach Melba is tasteful weak cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml peach liqueur continental and 10ml raspberry liqueur belanov with 50ml peach as well as 30ml ice cream vanilla and best with dessert type dishes. Just poach small peach half and chill then slice peach half into four and add to glass and quenelle vanilla ice cream onto peach. Pour over peach brandy and drizzle raspberry liqueur over all and serve with spork and garnish with raspberries and served in a saucer glass cold.
