Peach Derby is revivifying quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml gin vitae spirits and 30ml peach liqueur pepino with 20ml peach juice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place gin into bottom of glass then add in peach brandy and float peach juice on top and served in a liqueur glass cold.
