Method - Poured - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add peach brandy.
Add lemon juice.
Fill glass with ginger ale.
Garnish with squeezed lemon wedge.

Peach Buck is pleasant tasting average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy peach and 60ml ginger ale soda with 10ml lemon juice as well as 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just pack ice into glass then add peach brandy and add lemon juice. Fill glass with ginger ale and garnish with squeezed lemon wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
