Method
  1. Half fill glass with ice.
  2. Pour in white rum.
  3. Add lime juice to glass.
  4. Pour in sugar and passionfruit pulp.
  5. Top with soda water.

Passionfruit Mojito is lovely average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml passion fruit liqueur giffard and 15ml rum light white with 15ml lime juice as well as 10ml passion fruit syrup including 30ml passionfruit cider also 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just half fill glass with ice then pour in white rum and add lime juice to glass. Pour in sugar and passionfruit pulp and top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
