Passion Fruit Ice Spider is divine watered down cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml passion fruit liqueur gabriel boudier and 50ml sorbet passion fruit with 50ml ice as well as 30ml passion fruit syrup monin including 130ml soda water and good to have with brunch. Just add passionfruit sorbet to glass then add ice to glass and add passionfruit liqueur. Pour in soda water and add passionfruit syrup and stir well and garnish with passionfruit and served in a highball glass cold.
