Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Parisian Blonde is scrummy full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum dark angostura 15year and 30ml orange liqueur with 40ml cream as well as 10ml birch syrup including 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
