  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Palm Beach Special is moreish very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml gin pink tarsier and 15ml vermouth sweet noilly prat with 15ml grapefruit juice as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
