Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour everything into short glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Garnish with cherry and orange.

Ouzo Sour is moreish strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml ouzo mitilini and 30ml lemon juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour everything into short glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with cherry and orange and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
