Method
  1. Put the ice cubes into glass.
  2. Pour in nip of kiwi liqueur.
  3. Add sparkling white wine.
  4. Top with kiwi soda.

Ouzelum is drinkable weak cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml kiwi liqueur bvland and 30ml sparkling wine white sweet with 30ml kiwi soda as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put the ice cubes into glass then pour in nip of kiwi liqueur and add sparkling white wine. Top with kiwi soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
