  1. Add the ostrich egg to blender.
  2. Pour in the lemon juice.

Ostrich is luscious watery cocktail with no alcohol. Blended with 130ml egg ostrich and 30ml lemon juice with 30ml date syrup as well as 100ml water filtered and best with an entree or small snack. Just add the ostrich egg to blender then pour in the lemon juice and add the date syrup. Blend until silky smooth and pour all into glass and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
