Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add genever to glass.
  3. Add simple syrup.
  4. Add soda.
  5. Sprinkle lime juice on top.

Original Collins is flavorous above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin genever bols and 15ml lime juice with 15ml simple syrup as well as 40ml soda water including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add genever to glass and add simple syrup. Add soda and sprinkle lime juice on top and served in a highball glass cold.
