Method - Layered - Cold

Place ice into tumbler style glass.
Pour in the persimmon liqueur.
Add lemon soda.
Float avocado juice on top.

Persimmon Liqueur - Persimmon liqueur or Diospyros Kaki liqueur made with a grain spirit includes persimmon pulp hibiscus cinchona bark gentian root rhubarb root ginger.

Orchids Curse is beguiling smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml persimmon liqueur and 30ml lemon soda with 40ml avocado juice as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into tumbler style glass then pour in the persimmon liqueur and add lemon soda. Float avocado juice on top and served in a highball glass cold.
