Method - Stirred - Cold

Put the ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with orange zest knot.

Stirred with 60ml gin splendid and 15ml lillet with 15ml bitters orange angostura as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just put the ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with orange zest knot and served in a martini glass cold.
