  1. Place a little ice into glass.
  2. Pour in the gin and liqueur.
  3. Add in the ice cream.
  4. Top with orange soda.

Orange Float is fortifying smooth cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin kimberley rum and 30ml peach liqueur leopold bros with 60ml ice cream as well as 110ml orange soda including 60ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place a little ice into glass then pour in the gin and liqueur and add in the ice cream. Top with orange soda and served in a highball glass cold.
