Method - Layered - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add in shot of rum.
Pour in orange juice.
Sprinkle bitters on top.

Rum Husk - Husk Rum is a complex oak aged rum with bright sweet notes of lemon meet the aged caramelised oak aromas.

Bitters Peach - Peach flavoured bitters.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Orange Army is rejuvenating full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum husk and 10ml bitters peach with 60ml orange juice as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into glass then add in shot of rum and pour in orange juice. Sprinkle bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
