Built with 30ml gin rosso pietro gallus and 15ml grapefruit juice with 45ml tonic soda as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice itno glass then pour in the grapefruit juice and add the shot of gin. Top glass with tonic soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
