Built with 30ml pisco cuatro gs and 15ml grapefruit juice with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just pack ice into tall rocks glass then add pisco into glass and pour in the grapedruit juice. Top glass with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
