Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, less cream.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Float cream on top.

Sambuca Black - Black Sambuca is an anise flavoured and black in color and also called Anisette or Anise Liqueur. Its most common variety is often referred to as white sambuca to differentiate it from other varieties that are deep blue in colour or bright red.

Opal Royale is luscious robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml sambuca black and 30ml brandy jp chenet with 15ml peppermint liqueur as well as 35ml cream including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less cream and shake well. Strain into glass and float cream on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
