Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with grenadine and curacao to make opal pattern.

Gin Bulldog - Bulldog gin is defiantly delicious and balanced flavour and crisp character of Bulldog Gin is infused with 12 of the rarest most distinctive botanicals.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Opal is biting quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin bulldog and 15ml orange liqueur with 50ml orange juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with grenadine and curacao to make opal pattern and served in a saucer glass cold.
