Method - Layered - Cold

Add the blue curacao into bottom of glass.
Slowly add in the sparkling sake.
Sprinkle the blue curacao on top.

Curacao Red - Red Curacao is a liqueur made with the citrus of the Laraha a sour orange native to Curacao.

Sparkling Sake - Sparkling Sake undergoe a second bottle fermentation and with carbon dioxide.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Oni is reviving average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml curacao red and 70ml sparkling sake with 15ml curacao blue and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add the blue curacao into bottom of glass then slowly add in the sparkling sake and sprinkle the blue curacao on top and served in a flute glass cold.
