Method
  1. Drop cherry into glass.
  2. Add ice to glass.
  3. Pour in the cherry liqueur and gin.
  4. Top with sparkling white wine.

One Shoulder is smaaklik strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml gin cherry dillons and 15ml cherry liqueur mad rooster with 70ml sparkling wine white as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just drop cherry into glass then add ice to glass and pour in the cherry liqueur and gin. Top with sparkling white wine and served in a highball glass cold.
