Method - Poured - Warm

Warm consomme and beer.
Heat up serving glass.
Add pheasant consomme to glass.
Pour in warm old style beer.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

Just warm consomme and beer then heat up serving glass and add pheasant consomme to glass. Pour in warm old style beer and sprinkle salt and pepper on top and served in a highball glass warm.
