Old Irish Lady is much tart strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml whiskey irish bushmills 10year and 70ml sparkling wine white with 15ml melon liqueur and good with afternoon tea. Just place a little whiskey into flute glass then pour in sparkling white wine and sprinkle melon liqueur on top and served in a flute glass cold.
