Method
  1. Warm balloon glass.
  2. Add small pinch of salt to glass.
  3. Add drambuie to glass.
  4. Pour in dark rum.
  5. Add hot water.
  6. Swirl around to mix.

Old Guy is fortifying quite strong cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml whisky liqueur drambuie and 15ml rum dark pussers 15years with 30ml water hot and taken as nightcap before bedtime. Just warm balloon glass then add small pinch of salt to glass and add drambuie to glass. Pour in dark rum and add hot water and swirl around to mix and served in a balloon glass warm.
