Okolehao Sour Fluffy is luscious robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml okolehao and 20ml pineapple juice with 15ml egg white as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ingredients into shaker then shake well and place ice into shaker. Vigorously shake until foaming and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
