Asafoetida Syrup

Soda Water

190ml

Ice

10% Alcohol By Volume

0.8 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into tumbler style glass.
Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
Dry stir well without ice.
Strain into glass over ice.

Ogopogo is finom standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky canadian crown royal honey and 10ml asafoetida syrup with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into tumbler style glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
