  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Fine strain into cocktail glass.

Offshore Wind is chutny quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin manly spirits and 30ml lemon liqueur manly spirits with 30ml sunrise lime juice as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Fine strain into cocktail glass and served in a martini glass cold.
