Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Strain into glass.

Gin Tanqueray - Tanqueray Gin has been made from the highest quality spirit and finest botanicals picked at the peak of their freshness.

Lillet Rouge - Lillet Rouge is a red wine based liqueur orange ripe berries vanilla and delicate spices with a robust structure and first made in 1962.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Odyssey Number Ten is yummy very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin tanqueray and 15ml lillet rouge with 30ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
