Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.

Stirred with 30ml gin hendricks and 30ml ginger liqueur domaine de canton with 15ml cucumber juice as well as 15ml lime juice including 10ml kaffir lime syrup also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Strain into glass and garnish with chilli and coriander and served in a martini glass cold.
