Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into bar shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Fine strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with orange zest twist.

Shaken with 30ml gin and 15ml orange liqueur with 15ml vermouth bianco as well as 30ml orange juice including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Fine strain into cocktail glass and garnish with orange zest twist and served in a saucer glass cold.
