1.4 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Warm

Brew short strong tea.
Warm mixing glass and heat cubes.
Add pinch of sea salt.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until warm.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Restoring

Just brew short strong tea then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and add pinch of sea salt. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until warm and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass warm.
