Nidavellir is enjoyable above average cocktail at 3 standard drinks. Built with 200ml mead moonlight meadery and 30ml aquavit bivrost cask with 60ml herring pickled and best with an entree or small snack. Just drop pickled herring into glass then pour aquavit over herring and top glass with mead and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
