New Year is inspiriting quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin gold emotion and 70ml sparkling wine white and taken as nightcap before bedtime. Just add shot of gold leaf gin to glass then pour in sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
