Layered with 15ml gin dry newcastle distilling and 15ml pear liqueur mathilde with 70ml sparkling wine and best with buffet style food. Just pour gin into chilled flute glass then pour in the sparkling wine and sprinkle the pear liqueur on top and dress top with slice odf pear and served in a flute glass cold.
