Method
  1. Salt rim glass.
  2. Pack ice into collins glass.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Dry shake without ice.
  5. Pour into glass over ice.
  6. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.

New Orleans Salty Dog is sharp quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml moonshine bone spirits and 45ml grapefruit juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just salt rim glass then pack ice into collins glass and add all ingredients to shaker. Dry shake without ice and pour into glass over ice and garnish with grapefruit wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
