Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Vigorously shake.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Rum Light White - Light rums also referred to as silver or white are distilled alcoholic made from sugarcane have very little flavor aside from a general sweetness and clear liquid.

Brandy Coffee - Dark in color fruit brandy made from distillation of coffee beans.

Rum 151 Proof - Overproof rums are much higher than the standard rums made from sugar and high in alcohol.

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Network Special is zamatos heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum light white and 15ml brandy coffee with 15ml rum 151 proof as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
