Method - Shaken - Cold

Put ice cubes into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake the hell out of it.
Julep strain into glass.

Ouzo Callicounis - Greek ouzo displaying sweetness and anise character and is good as a digestive aid.

Ouzo Callicounis

Wine White Dry - Dry white wine is alcoholic fermentation of the non coloured grapes and is dry to taste.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Nephele is moreish very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml ouzo callicounis and 30ml wine white dry with 30ml curacao blue as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake the hell out of it. Julep strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
