Method - Poured - Cold

Slice lemon and orange into half moons.
Add half moons to glass.
Place ice into large glass.
Pour in amaro and vodka.
Add citrus juices into glass.
Lightly stir in tonic water.

Amaro Autonomy - Autonomy amaro is a bitter aperitif and made from botanicals and citrus left over from the pressing of fresh orange and lemon juice.

Vodka - Vodka is a distilled beverage traditionally vodka is made through the distillation of cereal grains and or potatoes.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Tonic Water - Tonic water is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

My Autonomy is tasteful average cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amaro autonomy and 30ml vodka with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml orange juice including 80ml tonic water also 130ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just slice lemon and orange into half moons then add half moons to glass and place ice into large glass. Pour in amaro and vodka and add citrus juices into glass and lightly stir in tonic water and served in a goblet glass cold.
