Method - Shaken - Warm

Heat serving glass.
Warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker.
Add in the egg and shake well.
Pour in the sherry and syrup shake again.
Add in the hot water and shake well again.

Sherry - Sherry is a fortified wine made from white grapes.

Egg - Whole egg with white and yoke used in cocktail making and is around 60g.

Wine Syrup Red - Wine Syrup Red is made by cooking a red grape juice alcohol with sugar until thick and removes all alcohol.

Water Hot - Hot water is a transparent tasteless odorless and nearly colorless chemical called H2O.

Heat Cubes - Heat cubes are like ice cubes but differ as they can be warmed and used with warm shaken cocktails and warm stired cocktails using convective heat transfer.

Mulled Egg Wine is stimulating mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml sherry and 60ml egg with 10ml wine syrup red as well as 30ml water hot and best with an entree or small snack. Just heat serving glass then warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker and add in the egg and shake well. Pour in the sherry and syrup shake again and add in the hot water and shake well again and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
