Mula Pomelo is scrumptious above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml tequila blanco clase azul and 15ml grapefruit liqueur massenez with 10ml bitters grapefruit agave mister bitters as well as 15ml pomelo juice including 5ml ginger syrup also 5ml pomelo syrup together with 35ml soda water and 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
