Mr Hicks is delish strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin navy strength west winds and 10ml sunrise lime juice with 60ml ginger beer as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add shot of strong gin to glass then pour in the sunrise lime juice and dtir in the ginger beer. Top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
