Method
  1. Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Moorgate is amheuthun quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml moonshine newcastle distilling and 45ml plum juice with 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
