Moon River is beguiling quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 20ml brandy apricot and 10ml gin navy strength wildbrumby with 10ml orange liqueur as well as 10ml galliano including 30ml lime juice also 10ml curacao blue together with 10ml sugar syrup and 290ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
