Monte Carlo Bombe is yum yum full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 45ml tangerine liqueur marie brizard and 15ml almond liqueur with 50ml ice cream tangerine and served with sweet dishes. Just chill glass then add scoop of tangerine ice cream and pour tangerine liqueur around edges. Pour almond liqueur over all and sprinkle candied tangerine zest on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
