Monkey Man is beguiling full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml bourbon hogs 3 and 15ml rum gold amber with 15ml banana liqueur as well as 5ml cinnamon syrup including 5ml vanilla syrup also 15ml lime juice together with 30ml pineapple juice and 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
