Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Quick shake to mix.
Julep strain into glass.

Gin Windsor - Windsor Gin has the wonderful aromatic fragrance of juniper berries.

Benedictine DOM 1510 - 1510 DOM Benedictine is a herbal liqueur beverage sweet grape spirit liqueur first made by monks.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Monk is finger licking very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml gin windsor and 20ml benedictine dom 1510 with 20ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Julep strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
